Espar coolant line question

Espar coolant line question
Is anyone running their espar coolant lines off the head fitting and pipe that used to be for the EGR cooler?
I want to hook it up like so
Cylinder head fitting to espar cold coolant in
Espar hot coolant out to metal pipe with bleed screw on top that used to be part of EGR cooler.
Is this correct?
All I can find is people hooking up to heater core.
