Looking for upgrade info

99 Dodge SLT 2500 4x4 A/T Cummins 5.9 3"exh. 130k 33" 12 Ply A/T Radials DSC mileage chip & Boost fooler in turbo.
Frequently pulling loaded 30ft trailer from Pacific Northwest to North Dakota oil fields, looking for upgrades that would improve power and mpg.
