Default INEXPENSIVE UPGRADE HELP!!!

Hey everyone, I have a 07.5 6.7l ctd all stock with the exception of the intake baffel removed and high idle enabled. Does anyone know of any other inexpensive upgrades
I can do with this truck? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

you can do the deletes with sims (50bucks) or you can buy resisters and go that way for $5 and buy a delete pipe or an elbo and just dump it or just buy some pipe and hack it in to fit
