I just replaced the glow plugs on my 02 LB7 and you have to remove the inner fenders first. Then you will see a very thin piece of metal connecting four points on the side of the block (about eye level looking in when sitting on a 5 gallon bucket) Then you have to remove the smaller outer nuts that hold that small piece of metal connecting them together. Once you have them removed you can see there is another nut that you can loosen and those are your glow plugs. I know it's not too terribly detailed but it's the best I can remember off the top of my head and hope it helps

Your welcome, nope mine is only leveled out using the torsion bars and thats it. If you have any questions about the glow plugs let me know because I just replaced mine 3 days ago
