Default P0087

I need some help with this my 2011 has been sitting in the shop more than its been on the road, since the day I got it I have gotten this code daily. Over the last few months I have put in a fass lift pump, aftermarket cp3, new injectors, dealer gave me a new pressure releif valve, also clutch head bolts and other unrelated stuff.

So when I'm driving everyday when I hit operating temp it throws the code. If I shut down for 10 min and clear the code I won't see it again unless the truck sits over 3 hours and cools all the way down. Also it doesn't matter what setting my h&s is on it throws the code at the exact same time weather stock or wild.

Any ideas what this could be ?

I'm pretty sure its the rail pressure, too high or too low. There's been many people with this issue and most of them have had the same mods as you, pump, cp3 and injectors so something is not calibrated right with your fuel. Wish I could be more help.
