How bad is this thing really off?
Im showing 18 mpg around town but hand calc its telling me 14.5
What are you guys seeing?

This sounds about right im running about the same setup. i run 35's and i usually show on dash around 19 to 20 but only hand calculate about 14..

 

They seem to be way off on them. Even worse with tuning.

Get the DPF off and some tunes and you'll be up around 18 easily.

On edit... looks like you already do have the tuning. That's DPF off tuning right? Don't forget winter fuel hurts mileage pretty good too.

 

Yes the DPF/EGR are deleted, just was curious about the MPG's, although it is better than stock. You know you always want more .....

 

What tune is that on? You haul anything? Just driving around town empty? How old are your tunes?

 

275 EL dont tow anything, mix city/hwy approx 30 miles a day tuner is new bout a month old with updates
