What is the difference when people say theyre truck is a cab and chassis or a pickup? Mostly I'm referring to the h&s performance web site and the power level differences between the two

Cab and chassis is a truck with nothing on the frame but a cab. You can buy them that way so you can install whatever you want on the back. Dump bed, flat bed, water tank for example.
