Just got my truck going and the rail pressure bonces back and fourth 5k to 8k. It idles good and sounds good. You give it some throttle and it starts to bounce a little, wot it really gets bad between 18k to 25k and you can feel the truck surging. I have duel cp3s?

Anyone have an idea?

 

Does it do it without a tune on it? What is your FP to IP?

 

I Haven't run it with out a tune yet. I got it to level out a little bit better it's not as big of a jump now and at wot it holds between 21k and 24k

Fuel pressure is 23psi and never moves

 

Check your lift pump! If the CP3 is pulling fuel it will do this!

 

The lift pump is an air dog 200II half inch line from the lift pump to each pump. The fuel pressure gauge reads about 23psi and doesnt move
