Default information 04 frontend upgrades

Have heard some talk on up grading some parts to the front ends of a 2004 to newer model year stuff any buddy know what all they are changing and to what year. Its about that time. If there is something better I sure like to know.I've already done a really nice steering box brace.
Thanks

You can upgrade to 2008+ stuff that nets you better parts (and a different type, inverted "T" versus the inverted "Y" if I remember correctly)...there was a place you could buy the Dodge kit from, and they would also drill and install grease fittings.
