A couple nights ago in -15 degree weather I thought my truck was jelling up. It would only do about 35 and if I tried to go above that it would start cutting out. Changed the fuel filter and now it runs good for about a minute then starts running rough or just quits . When I open the water drain after it dies I hear a big woosh of air. Its like the fuel system is getting pressured up with air. any ideas?????
