04 crew cab started losing power. In the morning the pickup is lucky to pull 30mph on a 10% grade. After driving for a bit it seems to gain its power back but nowhere close to what it should be. I changed fuel filter and it made no difference.

 

Checked for codes? What does your fuel pressure look like?

 

did you check turbo play or boost leak check there first.
