Your pump is just like a 94-98 Dodge/Cummins. Simply slide the fuel plate forward, and it will be a pulling monster. The cover you pull off is at the top most part of the pump, held on by 4 screws. One of those is a tamper proof screw, which is the only difficult part of the adjustment.
