Anybody and everybody, what is the most funny, odd, or just plain dumb thing you have ever seen rigged on a car, truck, trailer, atv, etc? I sold an old homemade trailer to some guy in a ford ranger that had the ball on his bumper on the right way at a glimpse. I had to take the ball off for him because his new trailer was a clevis type hitch and he had a bad back. Turns out that someone bought a hitch ball with a smaller shank then necessary. Washers were apparently too nice for him to afford, so he used worn out grinder disks for washers. Wish I had a picture but phone battery was dead. You guys got anything to add? Don't be shy!!

 

My buddy had a ratchet strap holding the tension on his alternator

 

I've seen chains on the back of a truck holding up huge nuts in orange and blue gator colors

 

I think this is probablythe stupidest thing I've seen on a vehicle.
