What I have is an 03 f350 with the 6.0. Has 200k on the ticker. Oil cooler is needing to be replaced. Have some cash to work with there so I'm ready to go ahead and bulletproof and if I can save some moolah for black friday deals I'm all for it.

Extreme diesel has a killer deal 15% off.
Alligator has a 10% off, but has a more in depth 6.0 package.

I wanna go all the way with head studs, oem gaskets, updated oil cooler, egr delete, all the gaskets, coolant filter, SCT tuner for the iphone, 4 inch Exhaust. Possibly fuel regulator and coolant bypass. I also need the ford oem filters for the trans and fluids.

Any advice on how to go about it?

Anything I'm missing? additional fuel filtration?

Better deals out there?

I would also get gauges, and oil bypass kit. As for the gauges since you have an 03 i would say HPOP, EGT, BOOST, and FUEL PRESSURE.

 

Of course it can always be sourced individually cheaper...

For trans filters, get the standard external one, but buy the 08+ trans pan and upgraded filter assembly, it's less than $100. I'll post pics and P/N's in the next couple of days.
