ive got a 02 dodge and im thinking of putting a aftermarket head unit in it. the question i have is the truck has volume and seek/preset to change the channels built in the steering wheel im waiting to keep the controls working with the aftermarket radio if its possible. is it possible or no?

not sure if the factory harness will support the steering column controls with an aftermarket head. most make an adapter that fits up to the stock harness.
