Default 05 #5 injector line failure once a year

Had my truck since new, well taken care of, best truck I ever had. Since new the #5 injector line has filed over 7 times. And just did it again today. Used 2 of the old design...FAILED Used 5 of the updated design...FAILED. Does the injector need to be replace? IS there an aftermarket part available any where that is better? Is there a fix for this problem? My son and I are the only people that service this truck in any way. Not a dealer service problem. Any insight to a cure?

The insulator HAS to be tight with no movement! "Rubber clamp that holds it down." Something is being done wrong over and over again! #5 has never been an issue but #4 has. The pulse going thru the line is intense and any movment will cause metal fatigue and failure! Not an injector problem be sure the cross tube is tight also.
