New to the forum, have had my truck for about a year, 1st diesel. had been having some white smoke and rough starts, for a few months, had it to a Cummins dealer they said nothing was wrong with it. Well on Sunday went to town truck was running fine came out of the store it started fine put in gear very rough and had no power, would barely move. Read on board error codes had code p2149 fuel injection group 2 supply voltage low or short, checked wires all looked good. got it home measured resistance to each injector thru the harness did not have time to take it down to the injectors, all but injector #4 read .5 ohm #4 read 3 ohms. next day tore it down to the injectors @ the injectors they read .4 ohm #4 read .8 ohm. I did check the harness all wires look good no shorts. Now when I went to remove the nuts on the wires on injector the whole plastic top turned. Talked to a dodge dealer, Cummins dealer and a couple injector shops none would give me an answer if weather that injector is bad. Looked @ it again tonight noticed the resistance would change as I turned the top of the injector. So I am thinking it is shot. Truck has about 170k on it, thinking I should replace the set, unless anybody has any other suggestions.

If I do replace them what would be a good set, just a set of new stock bosh, or should I put a set of +40 50 or 60 hp injectors in, this truck is my daily driver and I do tow with it, not looking for big horsepower just good mpgs, if so what is a good set to go with, there seems to be a few of them.
