Amphibious Car Is Still Waiting to Catch a Wave

Gibbs introduced the Aquada, an amphibious three-seat sports car, in 2003. The Aquada was said to be capable of speeds faster than 100 m.p.h. on pavement and 30 m.p.h. in the water.
