What order to do this?

I got egr/cooler delete, dpf delete, & Smarty S67 tuner. What do I do first? Do i need to marry the tuner to the truck and then do the deletes or does it matter?

yes tuner first bro, dont do the deletes first in case the tuner wont marry, if you have the deletes done and the tuner doesnt work your truck will be in limp stuck mode.

M E file? Idk. How would I know? Its brand new if that helps.

Ask who you bought it from
The DPF and EGR delete files are available here and not usually sold with them installed anymore
