Default 95 PSD shut off and won't start

Friday, I stopped to fill up the tank, the truck was running fine. I let it idle while filling it up. I left the gas station, floored it, and it dropped off around 2800-3000 rpms, I shifted to 2nd thinking maybe it just defueled for some reason and it died. It just turns over. I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet but it's getting fuel to the schrader valve. The oil pressure gauge on the dash wasn't moving at all while trying to turn it over but the batteries were almost dead so i couldn't turn it over long. I'm thinking maybe the low pressure oil pump went out since the gauge isn't moving? I'm going to check the hpop resivoir today and see if it's got oil. I changed the CPS even tho I knew that wasnt the problem but Ive had problems with it before so I figured might as well try it. My ICP sensor is bad and it's been unplugged for a while. The #22 fuse is good and fuel heater is unplugged. WTS light comes on so I don't think it's the PCM. Any other ideas? I just don't understand how it was running fine then just died when I floored it.

Also, it was low on oil so I filled it up. If it shut off because of low oil level, could that cause it to get air in the oil lines and not start?

Well I finally had a chance to mess with the truck and I found the wire for the ipr off the sensor a little bit. The clip that locks it on is broke so it must of vibrated off. The batteries were kinda dead so I couldn't turn it over much but it did try to start but it was turning over a little slow so I think it didn't have enough momentum to fully start. I got the batteries charging now so I'll try it again after work.

Need a minimum of 100 rpm while cranking or idm will not fire injectors

Well I got it running, but what would cause it to run a little rough and at around 2000 rpm back fire a little bit. When it first started up I could hear it breathing really heavy thru the filter, more than normal. Now at a idle it sounds like it did before but just missing a little bit when I rev it up slow.

Well, I got it figured out. When it first stopped running (bc the ipr came unplugged) the first thing I did was swap out the CPS, turns out the new one I put it was bad. when I got it running again the other day it wasnt running right an was popping and cutting out around 2000 rpms. I put the old CPS back in and it's running great!
