Default 3200 spring / Pump gaskets

Ive had a 3200 spring for it seems like a year and a half. Haven't put it in because heard pumps leak once seal is broke after 20 years. Are you guys installing a new gasket set when you do the spring install or not bothering? If you are when are you buying them from? Part number?

I didn't use a new gasket, and it has yet to leak almost 2 years after install.
