Default High Gas Prices in California Have Drivers Scrambling
With gasoline supplies already tight, a power failure at Exxon Mobil’s Torrance, Calif., refinery on Monday crimped production even further, but normal operations have resumed.

There's always an excuse to raise fuel prices. Big Oil truly sucks. They got us all by the short & curlys.
