Default to pull or not to pull (injector cups)

In the middle of replacing my injectors and facing a dilemma of pulling all my injector cups and replacing the o-rings and resealing them.
What have you done?
If i pull them i could possibly have an issue re seating them properly and possible a coolant leak.
If i don't pull them i could have disturbed them enough when removing the injector to cause a leak and not know it until i get it back together.

Are the cups a bitch to re-seat?

Thanks for the advice.

If the don't come out with the injector and are not loose then leave them in. You only need to reseat them if that come out. It is not too hard to do but without the right tools it can be time consuming.

Just take them out and put the new orings on them. It's not hard, just make sure to put red locktite on the tip of the cup and I like to put alittle around the orings also. I have the homemade cup removers if you need one. they're $20 shipped.
