looking at a 97 powerstroke? good or bad??

Could someone give me a break down on this truck? anything to do or change if i buy it? wats the good bad and ugly. any info would be appreciated thanks!

Glow plugs, glow plug relay, intake, ehaist, gauges and a ts 6 position chip is a good start
