yea no doubt, if your in a city find someplace a little more rural i took my 5"turbo back flopro to a little muffler/ brake type place in a little town here in alabama old man took a sawzall to the downpipe bout an hour later i was tunin in my smarty 67me.

 

doesnt say anything about the man other than he follows the law. most shops will not work on vehicles that blatently violate federal emissions laws.

removing your dpf may not violate state laws, but it does violate federal emissions law.
