power mounted driver brand new
my 95 gmc 6.5 turbo has no throttle responce. it starts but only idles. i replaced the pmd with a relocate kit but it did not fix the problem. could it be the pedal control or am i missing something

PMD = Pump mounted driver
APP= Acccelerator Pedal Position/Potentiometer could be that but do you have any codes usually when APP goes out you get a code.
APP if it is that can sometimes be "brought back to life" module can be opened up and wiper contacts in the APP get dirty so the position.voltage does not change or give advance throttle command to the IP.
As a troubleshooting elimination what brand relocation kit di you buy, some are better than others? Also have you ever checked the cleanliness of the gnds in the engine bay more than just the one on the batteries.
