Default fuel pressure regulator leak

got a 03 f550 with fuel pressure leak so got new oring and cover put it on and still leaks in the same place so i ordered a new fuel oil filter housing put it on and what do you know leaks in the same spot. used new cover, o-ring and cover and leaks same place what am i missing. the leak is between the filterhousing and the regulator plate about in the middle towards driver seat.

Are you sure that you didn't over torque the fittings twice? I over torqued mine when I did a spring upgrade and got to replace that same housing. I found out the hard way that it doesn't take much to over torque/crack that part.

Did you put the "o ring" in the groove properly? Or maybe you cut it or tore it while opening the package?
