Driver vents always colder than pass vents

Driver vents always colder than pass vents
I have a 05 CTD, NO dual climate control.
When I have the blower fan on and the temp dial to full hot the drivers vents (head and foot vents) are blowing warm and the passenger vents are blowing hot. When it gets real cold out ( < 20*) the driver vents blow cold.
Everything works well when cold air is desired.
any info on possible problems is appreciated.

Wow just reread your issue and it's the hot side your having issues with! So forget the last reply and look at your control doors. Not sure how that's possible but that's were to start!
