4 x4 issue

Had some trans work done and now the 4x4 will not work, was told by the dealer that the TIPM is bad, my question is does the TIPM controll the 4x4? all the problems ive found have been issues with lights. Thanks

Who did the trans work? If the 4x4 worked before they did it take it back and make them fix it.

sounds like they dont know what they are talking about. tell them to fix it they have to by law

If you have a electronic 4x4 then yes the tipm controls it. Yea the shop should fix it for free if it worked before.

All is good, dealer installed new tipm,no charge, thanks for the responces
