Question Loud metallic screeching!!!!

So for about the past two weeks i have been hearing what sounds like a water pump going out or a belt slipping except with a metallic noise. Problem is it has been varying when i hear it. First it was at an idle or roll and once i stepped on my clutch pedal it went away. Next it was when i was shifting gears. Later on it has been when i actually stepped on the pedal either part way or all the way, shifting or just checking it. Its mostly been the last on but at times it goes away, comes back in full swing, or starts from the beginning.
I have been told it could have been the throw-out bearing because this past summer i was driving a lot in traffic and noticed it get lazy with moving my foot. Also heard if not the bearing it could but the master cylinder and/or slave. Or the U-joints.
Im also curious if when i have to fix any of these besides the u-joints, should i just invest with an aftermarket clutch if it comes with any of the parts needing to be replaced?
So can anyone at least get me some sort of idea of wtf is going on?

Throw out bearing is shot! Yes buy a good clutch they come with everything you need!
Semis have a greasable clutch bearing see if they make one for the dodge!
