My family bleeds red, we have International and Farmall. My dad has a '52 Super C for small stuff around the house. If I get into the uncles and cousins it would take me days to get pictures of everything or even an inventory. Here is a pic of dad's Super C.

Ford 7000 tractor, Massey 510 combine and a JD 2210 utility tractor. Not much, but they all serve their purpose.

bow2no1 01-03-2009 09:11 PM

my father has a old 8N, i'm considering a kabota something around 25hp

saab9k 01-03-2009 10:21 PM

Have several, one of them is VW, 1957, has the bus engine with the govenor.

kazairl 01-03-2009 10:56 PM

1 1964 International 806 with a Dual Front End loader. Dumb thing likes to break the front wheels off. Hanging a 1800 lb square bale off the front end is exactly good for them.

2 70 something Case 1070 with Dual Loader sucker has the grabbiest clutch I've ever seen. I swear I've bounced my head off the back window so many times growing up I think its the cause of all my problems today. sumbitch never had a working air conditioner and the hydros suck on it

3 case 1570 this was the nice tractor that I never got to use. Dad did so of course the AC always worked in it.

4 case its either a 2250 or 2590 I don't remember which but its a 2wd that dad just got this last year. Dad uses it on the big square baler and since I don' know how to run the thing(and don't want to) I get to use the 15 on the round baler at least while the 10 serves as a loader tractor

My dad seems to prefer Case can ya tell?

txredman 01-04-2009 06:48 AM

I'm with 06 Diesel on this one - Red all the way. Got a little Case IH now - 33 horse with front wheel assist, loader, box blade and brush cutter. Love it. In fact I have pulled my neighbors JD out at least twice a month with it for the last 2 years :choochoo:

DuramaxBen 01-04-2009 08:08 PM

BLUEDUCEDURAMAX 01-05-2009 11:16 PM

Great tractors aren't they.We used to have a Ford 5000 Utility with the Select-O-Speed transmission until it was no longer able to lift bales with the loader anymore.Shame because I never actually got to drive it because we traded it off back in 97 for a Ford 7710 MFWD.

sawmillman 02-11-2009 08:50 PM

Did it have the 10spd Select-O-Speed I assume? Its a solid tractor just needs a little work done.

Dodgehunter84 02-12-2009 08:09 PM

I have a Steiger ST310, Case IH 9230, IH 5088, IH 1466, IH 674, Farmall 806, Farmall 656, Ford 8340 and a Ford 2000. Coming soon an Case IH STX450 Quadtrac and either a Case IH MX200 or a New Holland 8670. John Deeres are painted green and yellow so they can hide in the grass when the red and blue ones go by.

MotorOilMcCall 02-12-2009 08:24 PM

Nice Steiger... We run a Panther PT350 (two actually), a Tiger with the Powershift automatic, a few smaller New Hollands (by comparison), a few old Deere's, an International, a Massey, and an old POS Ford that hasn't run right ever (got nothing against them, ours is just a hunk of you know what).

Our 5000 was the 10 speed Select-O-Speed.Only the 901 and early 4000s had the 8 speed Select-O-Speed transmission.
