OBS Strokers?
 

Come on boys, I know your here. Lets see who has an OBS here! Dont tell my truck but the OBS is my favorite Powerstroke! Classic looks and great potential. Way ahead of its day.

I'm trying to pick one up cheap for a pulling truck.

heres mine it was a 95 with 175k on it, i sold it for $8000 on ebay last october

Good looking ol truck. It would have been real sharp with a set of the OBS aluminum rims.

yea i kept trying find them but i couldnt cheap, then it started to nickel and dime me so i sold it and went for the cummins, it was a great truck, ran like a top but the auto was much to be desired

Just been drivin' the wheels off of it!! Got a shelf load of parts waiting to go on, but trying to get some progress on my car as well. Oh well, in due time I guess!

Rich has the best looking OBS I've ever seen. Waiting to see the 60 go under the front, new wheels/tires, and everything else he has to do to it.

I also hear there is a heck of a clean F350 OBS (reg. cab), possibly for sale too, locally - - - - - that has 8,600 miles!!! Yep, you read that right!:up:


But the price is ummmmmm........pretty high!

Put my toolbox in and bug guard so far, will tint the windows soon.

i need to get some pics of my moms, hers is a 97 F350 crew cab long bed 4x4 5 speed with chrome grilleguard, tool box, bed rails, gooseneck ball, 285/75/16's on the forged aluminum factory wheels, maroon with the silver center. its called "Red Rock", says "if your aint strokin it, your just playing with it" around a big maroon ford emblem in the back window. she had a 1993 crewcab 2wd dually automatic with a 7.3 IDI before that with 180+ miles.

I have 306k on my 96' with many pulls on it. I will try to git pictures up soon.

Mine is neither good looking or fast (but it's at least faster than the Banks-equipped OBS trucks which show up at the local dragstrip). I bracket race it every week during the racing season. I agree Rich's OBS looks like it just rolled out of a car show.

Thank you, I try to keep up on it..........Would you believe it's been on construction sites everyday for the past ten years? Has well over 200k miles, all towing 8,000lbs. and hasn't given me the least bit of brief. Love it, I'd give up my new Dodge before ever letting go of the Ford.

well he got a newer vehicle... a Mustang GT. Hes lives breathes and eats fords. His Stang Is pretty fast, But he hasn't seen my truck lately:guns:

When he had a PSD in it he had true Duals looked sweet doing down the road seeing a puff of black smoke coming out alternating sides. Then turbo came and just had duals. But when he dropped the cummins in he got this exhaust

Here's mine. Not the greatest pictures in the world, but i took em after it snowed. OBS trucks are the best ones Ford ever put out IMO. Now the whips are off of the mirrors too, I'll get some new picts when I can.

I have 96 f250 xcab but it is not for sale I like the obs more box ,old scool.
