no advice for you yet ,going to try it shortly myself, going to make my own 5" straight exhaust and put on a h&s mini max ,egr.&cooler delete

Super simple did it in my drive way in a day, i did the mini maxx tho.

I also ordered the shibby engineering connector kit. It puts a blank connector back in all the stuff you unplug to keep dirt and water out.

i also used a rail plug, if you plug it or shim it, use a six sided socket as that thing is hella tight and doesn't have much of a land on it for socket bite. also you will probably need an intake gasket if you do plug/shim the rail.

The night b-4 ya do it hit all the exhaust bolts and the tranny mounts/cross member with some PB Blaster after the vehicle cools.

PM sent

You have two options for doing the probe. Since our manifolds are pretty easy to get at its really a 50/50. You can take it off and drill and tap it. Or you can keep the motor running and keep the rpms up, like 1000, and heavily grease the drill and tap. That way any shavings get stuck to the grease or blown out by the exhaust. Just the two ways I have seen it done with perfect results.
