Wow, good find. Bungs are pretty inexpensive. Youre on the right track bro.:tu:

Updated total trip miles 642 miles going 80mph towing a bumper trailer with about 3k lbs on it only got 14mpg:dang:

80mpg?!?! Were the trailer wheels even touching the ground? Any faster, you'll need a pilots license. Still, at that speed, 14mpg isnt bad.........

I think they may have towing twins. I've had zero probs since switching btw. |
Im running a stock ported manifold. When/if this manifold cracks, I'll get an aftermarket one. For now, so far so good............

I didn't read through the entire post, but what turbo are you running?
|
Continued....
If you don't care about your removing you emmissions, then go to a twin kit. It will monkey stomp a single turbo all day and you will feel like a true man. As mentioned before. DPS has a twin kit for a killer price, doesn't leak oil and bolts right on. No mods needed. Call them. Brett is their tech... not matt. I was green to this whole thing until I talked to them. My MPGs are mre than decent while smoking any crotch rocket that pulls up beside me. Just sayin'. Call em out of curiosity. |
Has anyone bypassed the DPF with pipe, that way when emissions tests come up you could switch the bypass off and pass the test than switch it back when you leave?:w2:
