Default Coolant problems

I have a 2010 3500 6.7 mega cab it's fully deleted with 5" turbo back I'm having problems with overheating. The top hose to radiator is hard with coolant and won't circulate I have checked the water pump and thermostat both r good. Can anyone tell me why the hose is hard and overheating

When you say the t-stat and pump are good, how did you check them?

I had a similar problem about 2 months ago and I replaced both just because I had all the coolant out. Water pump looked good and turned great. I also replaced as much of the coolant that I could just because my truck is 10 years old (bought truck 1yr ago with 51,000 on it) and the truck is factory (not deleted, YET).

My truck had 60,000 on it when I noticed that I was running about 205+ deg. and I was unloaded running 65 mph with outside temps about 90's going to San Antonio, TX. When the truck was idling, the temp. would fall to 195ish. Start driving and the temp. would go back to 205-210. A/C on or off would not change the truck running temps. Now my truck runs about 190-195 (T-stat is 195 deg.) unloaded.

Default Headgasket?

Look into your coolant reservoir and look to see if its bubbling when the truck is running. My truck wasn't overheating yet but was having the same symptoms. Hard pressurized radiator hose ect. What we found is that compression from the engine was escaping through the head gasket and entering the coolant system pressurizing it and causing the coolant reservoir to puke out fluid ect.
