Edge or Bullydog
 

A friend of mine just bought an 03 6.0. He knows someone that has an Edge evo and a Bullydog triple for sale. Anyone have any opinions on which is better? I'm trying to get him into a sct instead but he won't listen. Thanks for any help guys.

I wouldn't waste my money on either.

i agree the sct is the way to go

Explain to your friend that unless he wants to be the guy selling the Edge or Bullydog in a couple of weeks, he should just buy the SCT and start with the most 6.0 friendly programmer available. Eric writes tunes that work great with 6.0 engine and auto trans.

Well, he put the bullydog on his truck saturday. It feels like a dog compared to my truck with my sct on the canned performance tune. He kept telling me the difference was because my truck is a reg cab and his is a cclb. I gave up trying to change his mind. Its his money I guess. Just means my trucks still faster than his and I know that will drive him crazy.

Tell him to get ready to buy a new tranny...bullydog rips them up! My friend had an 05 6.0 and he put a bullydog on it the first day on the highest setting and blew up his head gaskets, oil cooler, tranny...i dnt remember everything that was destroyed but he was very upset when he found out the cause of it all was from the bullydog. :td:
