I would still run a RR even with an airdog. The factory system is already regulated, the main problem is the dead end in the back of the heads which causes uneven fuel pressure to the injectors. The airdog does keep the air out of the heads. The RR wont be a must, but IMO if your gonna spend the money, what would it hurt to open up the heads.

check out elite's internal stuff, they have cams and even springs as well/ the stage 2 springs require machining I think

That's why I originally suggested just the x-over lines on the back of the heads. The x-overs are only about $200 vs. the ITP RR at $750. The airdog II is regulated, so just the lines would suffice.

You would probably need to start with
head studs or they will lift off the block
