How much drone do you get with 5" on these first gens? I know the 2nd gen guys are always complaining about it. I was just wondering before I go and order one.:tu:

I have 5in from the t-case back with some giant (don`t know the brand) muffler on it, only drone I get is @ 45mph-ish if I have it in 3rd(OD off).

i love the drone these 6bt's make. when you can see your passenger wincing because the air pressure change caused by the exhaust, its awesome. load pipes save lives :choochoo:

My 4" drones pretty good at around 1500rpm. I just wanted a 5" for more noise and bragging rights.:rocking: Is there any difference in drone between the 4" and 5"?

is five inch necessary? not unless your over 500 horse. is five inch better than four inch though? i think so, its bigger, deeper tone, sets off every car alarm, messes your ears up on long drives (air pressure around the truck goes haywire) with the windowa down, and if you do go to make big power one day you do not have to buy another exhuast. i love my five inch exhaust. four inch i feel is overall louder then five. but five is just so much deeper sounding.
