What trouble are you having? I completed mine with El Dorado calipers and they work wonderfully. Truck stops really hard for a 6k lb truck. I put a new, stock master cylinder in mine. Tires will lock up, but only when I get to the last 1/8th of pedal travel. I also bypassed the ABS module because it was junk. Hopefully you get it figured out.

This is an amazing right up. Going to do this on my 91 for sure.

Doing the swap with caddy edlorado calipers. Cannot find the brake line thread I. D. For the life of me. Anyone could help be appreciated.

I had used the 77 K20 front brake hoses to ensure the brake line would not crack. If I remember correctly I think the caliper moves, too.

Has anybody done this successfully on a dually? If so any advice would be great! I have heard of a guy swapping to newer rear axel and larger wheels and tires. $$'s May add up fast with that?
