All said and done I had about 14,300 lbs on her, and the trip was right at 4300 miles. If any of yall ever drive the Alcan make sure your brakes work very good. I had to go from 55 to 15 in like 200 feet when a herd of Buffalo came out of the brush and crossed the road in front of me. Make sure you have a rifle with a good scope on it as well, If I had my 280 instead of the 44 mag on the front seat, 1 coyote would not be breathing anymore. Long story short 150 yards i blew dirt up all around him but never touched him, next time will be different. For all you guys planning on driving your 1 gens up here buy a kidney belt, cause the road sucks in alot of places.
