Nice Job Goerend |
Just curious, how do you ship a transmission across country and what does it cost? I will be finding out in the future, but just wondering what I am in for.

$265 there and back, so that's a total of $530, so it's not cheap, some think i shouldn't have to pay shipping at all, but I gotta do what i gotta do and it's worth it to me to have my truck back, and Dave has been awesome to deal with

i think it all depends too on who brokers the shipment. i had a friend of mine arrange the shipping of my new tranny to me and my old core back to dave and i think it cost me a little over $300 total for both shipments (this was a little more than 3 years ago too). it was on a pallet so it was an LTL shipment. SAIA was the carrier that we used. but there are plenty out there, it is just hitting the right truck heading the right way at the right time....

its cuz he had the smarty down on like level 5. the transmission sensed his wearing panties and blew up.

I didn't have any doubt that he wouldn't take care of you as he has always stood behind his work, he's from Iowa :jump: BTW when Dave tells you not to have the trans power Flushed don't do it even though so many like to say otherwise...
