Ok guys

I'm a cummins fan but I love my powerstrokes and the trucks they are in. I have seen several Super Duties over 750,000 miles with little to no work other then mantainance. What kind of miles are you seeing out of the cummins in Dodge trucks. I'll throw you a bone and say new trannys dont count!:D

Muddy has one with over 600,000 on the ticker. Runs like new aswell.

Had a '90 w/400k, a '94 that was stolen at 150k, a '98 w/240k, current '01 has 188k, current '03 has 140k. Friend has an '89 dually w/1.1million miles on it. One tranny, never been in motor. Owns a company that rebuilds 18 wheeler trannys and axles, so she's always got a load, but never extremely heavy. Ive personally never seen a cummins w/good oil and water blow that wasnt puttin out extreme HP. Personally, ill never own anything else. But, like any other platform, they do have their problems.

had a old 89 12v with over 1million kms on it, rolled it around 10 times.
On the old ones the odometer only went to 100000kms then back to 0.

Mines getting close to 19,000, I think I need to catch up.

168K and counting.... only had a starter and a fuel shutoff solonoid go bad.... throttle cable broke on recall.... new valvecover gaskets and a leaky radiator.... that's it.... thanks for the bone..... my tranny died 8K ago so i got a WAY better one....

My 01 had 131,000 on it when I sold it.
The 06 has 1300 at 1 week.
My buddy works for a fleet shop and tells me there is a guy that stops in every once in a while to get his oil changed that has 750,000+ on an 01.
