remote start with manual tranny

i havn't found a post on this yet but im lookin to put a remote start on my truck. labor aint a problem cuase im a mechanic but i am not sure how to put one in becuase they don't make the remote start fora 2001 5.9 with a 6 spd and alota people are telling me don't but it would make life alot easier and ive ben told theres some ghetto riging involved to make sure it will start being as there is no sensor for manuals to say its in neutral/park. so my question is what is required to bypass the auto sensor system? thanks any info helps!:tu:

I have the compustar remote start on my 01 with a 6 speed. I dont know how it works since I didnt install it but it came as a complete kit. It has a built in turbo timer, 2000 ft start range, and whole bunch of crap that I dont know how to use
