I have a DTT, and have had some issues with customer service that I haven't been really thrilled about. I was charged more than quoted on my rebuild kit when I nuked it, and still haven't seen a receipt or reason why I was charged more. I also got shorted some parts and the answer was to just reuse some of the old ones. I have several other friends with their trannies in them, and they have all held up quite well though, and they have had good customer service, so I guess its kinda hit and miss.

You can call level 10 in new jersey and they will do a custom job there even make the parts right there. You can pick what you want to fit your budget. Just look them up online give them a call, if you like the price just ship it to them or drive if you can. They did all mine trucks.:U:

Ive got a buddy that killed one of there "High Performance" Torque Converters in his 7.3 Powerstroke. I've heard that they don't know how to build a Diesel Transmission. But I don't have any personal experiance with them so I don't know for sure.

I had no problems I guess it is hit or miss with any trans rebuilt or torque converter, the thing of it is all it takes is a clearence or heat or a piece of metal that is weak to break and it is done. If the manuf. of any trans. stands behind the product and replaces it is all good not that taking the trans out is fun . Lifetime warr. is good. did they fix the converter?:ok1: I like to keep cranking down the spare tire and out drops the GOLDEN TRANS that is perfect.:c:

Nope they wouldn't replace the TC. Now hes running smooth with a Suncoast Triple Disc. Funny thing is his 7.3 is only running an TS Chip so hes not making high HP.
