I only drove it around the block today to see if the filter helped. I'm using my parents truck as a daily driver for right now

I am running a 12V mechanical pump, but any setup that requires or could require the use of 2 pumps seems silly to me. Why buy an aftermarket pump if you have to rely on the stocker for any use??

Just my thoughts.

That's funny,I've got a pile of miles on my belt drive and never had a leak yet, about 250k on it I guess.
I think most people get the belt too dang tight.

Had a fass for about three years worked fine till on day the motor on it just quit. Called them about the warranty and some how they miss placed my info for it. got a holly blue and a inline filter now for about $150 18 psi and plenty ov volume.

Just an update. I got ahold of Opie when he was out of town on a job. He said about mid April. well... I got ahold of him he's setting me up with a MITUSA pump. Its substantially less than the Airdog, and he is going to deliver and help me install it. He's pretty stand up guy if you ask me

Well Opie came down this morning and Helped me put the MITUSA in and all I can say is WOW its so simple. Drove the truck and now my problem is its too easy to hit the de-fueling spot. Guess its time for a box:5::rocking:

Oh BTW it make 17psi at idle and doesn't go any lower:choochoo::U::c:

That's the best part of these pumps. As opposed to a normal electric motor pump that is at it's highest psi at idle, where you need it the least. These belt drive pumps are at their lowest psi at idle and go higher as the truck RPM's climb, giving the extra psi when you need it most under load.

The story is told differently on the other end. But it's neither here nor there. They all have the same design.

Dave

Please fill us in on the other end then. This story is can be right here and now. IMHO Your going to get caught in yet another lie again Dave.
