CumminsCrazed 06-04-2007 05:47 PM

no no....like, whats HP numbers are needed for the 150 GPH or 200 GPH FASS150 system

DazedandConfused 06-04-2007 06:11 PM

I guess I'm the only one running the Wicked Diesel Performer System here. I love my system, was cheap, very well made and I cant pull it below 14psi no matter how hard I try.

600+ hp for a 150 GPH, 800+ hp for 200 GPH, and yes it does make a difference running more fuel thru then what you need. The 95 GPH and 150 GPH use the same pump just have different pressure and flow settings. They use the EM-1001, the 90 GPH and 200 GPH use the EM-2002 pumps.

CumminsCrazed 06-04-2007 08:57 PM

so then whats the diff in the FASS95 system and the FASS150 system if they both offter the 3 GPH settings

ndurbin 06-04-2007 09:08 PM

the filters mainly............the base is also bigger on the 150 series.

CumminsCrazed 06-04-2007 09:11 PM

so do you recommend the 150 series or the 95 series for me.....

ndurbin 06-04-2007 09:18 PM

which ever one you want............the 95 series makes 17 psi @ 95 gph w/ 24 lbs. of volume moved...........the 150 makes 17 psi @ 95 gph w/ 29 lbs. of fuel moved. The 150 series runs slightly more because it is slightly bigger than the 95 series and has larger filters. Both will handle what ya want to do.

CumminsCrazed 06-04-2007 09:20 PM

they are priced the same on your site at 550.00

ndurbin 06-04-2007 09:24 PM

Then flip a coin! "give:

CumminsCrazed 06-04-2007 09:26 PM

Dr. Evil 06-05-2007 12:57 AM

If youre driving the truck - YES....

CumminsCrazed 06-05-2007 12:26 PM

i have alternate transportation......i just ordered the FASS 150 series......i hope i made the right choice!

Dr. Evil 06-05-2007 02:10 PM

Expensive...but its one of the best options.

Wyatt Earp 06-05-2007 03:46 PM

It is money very well spent. Before I sold them I looked really hard for something that wasn't going to leave me high and dry if I put it in and only to find that it went tits up months later.

You will not be disappointed.

CumminsCrazed 06-05-2007 05:25 PM

good, im glad i made a good choice then!! now i need to find out who feels like helping me install on sat. or sunday

CumminsCrazed 06-08-2007 05:19 PM

holy CRAP the FASS system is NOT light......weight on UPS box was 35 lbs!!!

ndurbin 06-08-2007 06:08 PM

Now your gunna haveta add some power to make up for that additional 35 lbs. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

CumminsCrazed 06-08-2007 06:13 PM

Hey Doc... Looks like your dipping in my site for my fuel pressure pics...

I prefer using the 10 PSI as a low limit because of the amount of fuel that the VP44 requires to stay cool and lubed. I would rather have too much fuel than not enough... (Or push the low pressure/low volume limit!) :c:
