Traction bars.
Anyone know a good length to build traction bars at for a extended cab short bed truck? Ive heard 5' and 6' are common.

i built mine at the same angle as my driveshaft and have good sucsess. you are not only limiting axle wrap but you will be putting lots of stress on the bars and joints in street applications. hitting pot holes and such as one wheel drops the other side will do the opposite -obviously but think about what the bars are trying to do ones trying to get smaller and one is trying to get longer.

i will have to measure them. i can take some for you. the front mounts are in the process of being reengineered. the rear mount is a plate that goes on the u-bolts, super simple no welding.
