WOW man ! Should be a RANT and not a support thread !!

Are you getting fuel to the Injection pump ?

Because if your getting fuel in and no fuel out ...ekkkk

Lostnwalmart 03-17-2008 12:04 AM

as of right now yes but we got fuel out of it for a second now no fuel WTF!!!

DB Admin 03-17-2008 12:12 AM

Maybe it lost prime ? Keep hitting it with eather

LOGANSTANFORTH 03-17-2008 12:21 AM

DONT USE ETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

use something with lube, like WD40 or anything, just not straight ether, use the kind with top lube.....

2500HeavyDuty 03-17-2008 12:30 AM

wd40 works good, i wouldn't use ether either

Lostnwalmart 03-17-2008 12:30 AM

logan we did use strait eather and also wd40 *not at the same time* im going ot check all the connections tomorrow and see what ican get we had 10psi for startign thats right at perfect and yet no vroom vroom, valves were all rea adjusted and set perfect by muahhh just no injection pump to injector action. any one got any ideas throw them out there, and im shure one possiblility is the injection pump took a crap on me but i dont like that option.......

LOGANSTANFORTH 03-17-2008 12:43 AM

check your electrical then go mechanical.......

I would check the return line regulator on the pump. They used to be $50, and can cause a hard to prime condition. Been a while since I was in the thick of things with the VP though.

Those lines take a while to prime after being empty. With the throttle floored, crank for 10 seconds, wait a minute then crank another 10 seconds until fuel shows up at the injector fittings then tighten them up and start the truck. I loosened #1,#3,#4 & #5 until fuel arrived.
If it ran fine before, it'll run fine now...keep the batteries charged.
