?? about FP guage mechanical versus electric.
I am in the middle of installing my guages. I am wanting to know. I have a mechanical isspro FP guage, I have an isolator for said guage. My ? is can I get an electrical guage and use my same isolater?? In my mind I don't see why not. So looking for opinions and advice. I had priced out an auto meter guage for reasonable until they added the cost of an isolator.
Also I had post in the non performance side, about finding how tos on how to tie my FP guage in. I am also installing my airdog I all at the same time. So where is the best place to tie into the fuel line to get the most dependable reading. Thanks |
Most dependable reading is the banjo bolt where the fuel line enters the injector pump.
If you get an electric gauge you won't need an isolator. |
