i see... i dont have that but i do have lots of 3" exhaust tube and a welder so i can make it work it just may take several tries!

Its an odd angle so it will take awhile to get it exact but its not too bad. I need to change my end so its a bit straighter going into the intercooler. :c:

im doing it this weak end so wish me luck im going to take a lot of pictues and step by step stuff so guys like me and (you before you did yours) can just see what to do, what to get and get it done.

Good idea. I did mine over 8 months. Got married and moved twice so keeping a good picture log of the steps wasnt going to happen. Plus I had tried a few different things before I settled on the current setup.

alright i got it all together i love my new turbo it is far better than a standard one! i have a couple of problems though. it seems that my turbo is not really functioning right. i bought the conroller with out the exhaust break. but lone and behold the switch came with it. so any ways i drive down the road and it seems that i have to manualy conrtol the turbo to get it to do what i want it to do. basicly i want it to spool tight till 38 psi then start to open and then not exseed 45psi. how to get this? and the exhaust break switch when my truck is on cruse with the switch one way i can use my manual knob but with it the other way i cant cange the position of the turbo. i also have a huge turbo bark proplem! i think by making it do what i said above i would solve the bark though. any help at all would be great and i also was told you have to map the controller i have not done this at all can you point me in the right deriction?

I have the software I can send you. Your controller didnt come with a map. Then knob wont work with the exhaust brake switch on. :c:

Yes. The controller comes blank because Fleece cannot put a map on that would work from truck to truck. Its up to you to load your own and play with it til you like it.

oh got yeah ok well idk how do i program it? i dont see any way to plug it into a computer or anything.

On the back of the controller are two screws. Take those out and pull out the circuit card. There is a port on the end where you can plug in a cable. If you have an external hard drive it should be the same type of plug.

sorry to bring this back from the dead but i just installed a he351ve on my truck about a week ago and was wondering if someone could email me the software i cant get a hold of anyone at fleece. my email is ktm450sxf1010@gmail.com also im haveing a problem with the exhaust brake not working is that something i could fix with the software?

im still having issues with mine turns out my electroics were fried. and yes the program will helo you out call this number 3172863582 it is fleece you cant email them they doni get back to you.. i cant find the email sorry.

that sucks! are you going to just try and replace the eletronics? and thanks for looking for the email ill try and call tommrow. good luck with the turbo if you decided to keep it!

finally just got it done!! I went through three electronics before I got one that works but the truck is running like a top! programed right and now making fords whistle sound like shit! after messing with it long enough I got it run the way I want it.. at an idel is screams with turbo closed 100% and when I take off it opens quickly so I don't have much smoke at all and I spool about 10 psi right off the line.. I'm about 30 psi by 2000 rpms and im pushing about 45 psi at 3000 rpms. if you have not got it yet don't loose hope its so worth it!! my truck sounds like a jet and I don't let out more then a haze of smoke from 1500-3200 rpm with 100hp sticks and a 180hp Quadzilla!!

Scott, if you can send me a screen shot of your table. My psi only gets to about 27-28. Id like to see how ours compare. Dyno'd the truck and made 375hp and 750tq. I know it sounds awesome at 100% closed but that makes your EGTs stay high when ideling. I have mine set to about 10% closed at idel so it cools down faster. I am also finally adding a PDI manifold and going to try out an hx40 compressor wheel.:c:

I have a couple problems with that.. one I don't want to plug my box in because last time I had it close when I plugged in the box with out programing it it changed the way it ran... two my turbo is not timed like yours is so when I have a setting to 130 its like 60 percent for me.. now im not sure if that the real number... third problem is I manual control the bottom end... so what I do is set the truck at about 10 percent and when I take off I open the knob all the way allowing the turbo to do the rest of the work.. this prevents me from having my truck reach really closed numbers while driving.. so my vgt range is from about 1500 up.. I have a manual so the problem I would have is if I got it for a good take off I was to closed when I shifted.. so I fixed that.. btw make sure you check your gauge.. I have two in my truck now and the adrenaline and the manual gauge both read true of each other.. I say this because I can hit 60 psi with this turbo if I close it up just right but the manifold pressure I can only imagine so I don't tend to do that..

My truck is a manual as well. I have tuned mine to give me good spool with minimal smoke. I think this setup would work better on an auto matic. To work idealy in manual there really needs to be a table set for each gear. Why isnt your turbo "timed" like mine? Does your programming table have different software? My drive pressure gauge will read almost 60 when I get it on it lol. The new manifold has helped bring that down. Whats wrong when you unplug your box?:c:
